Institute Development Board

 

I. the idea of the development board:

Everything starts with an idea, born with the experience and expertise, the idea takes often the form of intuition or a wish that develop and mature with time

II. Definition:

It is an entity that links the university with the economic actors of the region, by involving them to the deferent educational activities. It is associated directly to the institute of technology.

III. Composition:

The institute development board has the following members:

1. Internal members:

  • The Director of the institute.
  • The Deputy Directors.
  • The chairman of the scientific committee of the institute.
  • The Heads of the departments of the institute.
  • Two teachers of each department.
  • The Head of service of eternal relations.
  • A student of each department.

2. External members:

  • The economic actors.
  • The representative of labor agency Ouargla.
  • The Director of Petro-Water Company. 

 

IV. Purposes of the development board:

  1. Ensure coherence of the university training with the outlets of the socioeconomic sector.
  2. Involve the economic actor in training.
  3. The professional integration of students as part of the internship.
  4. Organization of scientific events:
  • Professional Pedagogical Day (PPD).
  • Study day.
  • Seminars.
  • Workshops. 

V. Recruitment

The development board holds a meeting three times per year and approves that with meeting minutes stating notably the present, excused and absent members.
