Tasks of the Deputy director charged with Studies and Affairs related to students are determined by the interministrial decree of 8 Rajab 1425 corresponding to 24th August 2004 on the administrative organization of the rectorate, faculty, institute, annex of the university and its shared services, as follows :

  1. Ensuring management and follow up the enrollment of students in graduation.
  2. Following up the progress of teaching activities and taking or suggesting to the Director of the Institute any measure for their improvement.
  3. Updating the statistics file of the students.
  4. Collecting, process, and circulate the educational information for students.
