The professional bachelor degree training in the institute in Algeria

        The technological institutes in Algeria are inspired by an Algerian-French cooperation, with the aim of benefiting from the experience of IUTs in France. In the academic year 2014-2015, it has opened the first Technological Institute of the University of Ouargla, to provide this new professional training.   

     The professional bachelor degree issued by the institute of technology enables training of middle managers specializing in different professions. The Institute of Technology of the University of Ouargla trains students in three distinct specialties namely: HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), AF (Accounting and Finance) and HR (Human Resources).

    This training helps to develop the skills of students following an appropriate program; this field of skills is wide because it is part of a possible participation logic throughout the process related to the value chain of national and international economic companies.   

    The bachelor holder of PB Management (AF, HR) and Health, Safety and Environment issued by the institute of technology works in a public organization, with experience, he/she can access positions of responsibility.   

    The student develops specific skills in the three specialties mentioned above, studying to best support decision-makers, both in the collection of information, their processing and in the implementation of operational actions).
